I was reading Talent Management this am and a guest editorial on page 16 spoke of Positive Psychology. Don’t focus on individual weaknesses but on individual strengths.

Is it wise to assume that 14% of the members of every team are detrimental? I think not.
Good leaders are the ones who can get 100% of the team members producing at their peak simultaneously; the resulting synergy creates a whole greater than the sum of it’s parts.
The Director of Worship Arts at my church is that kind of leader.
